  • This Home insurance product is applicable for buildings made of brick, stone, cement, roofed with concrete, situated in Vietnam and used for residential purpose only.

  • The Policyholder must be at least 18 years old and have insurable interests with the insured building including ownership right, possession right, right to use or property rights.

  • The Insured must have insurable interests with the insured building including ownership right, right to lease or right to use.

  • Home Insurance has 3 coverages including:

    • Section I - Home Building Insurance (for home construction value)
    • Section II - Home Content Insurance
    • Section III - Legal Liability Insurance

  • You can choose to apply for Home Building Insurance, or Home Content Insurance, or both Home Building and Home Content. With any choice, you are automatically covered with Plan A of Legal Liability Insurance. Higher plans of Legal Liability Insurance can be chosen with additional premium.

Notice:

  1. You can choose to start your insurance policy right from today or within 30 days from today. If today is chosen, your home insurance policy will be effective at the exact timing when you successfully make premium payment within today. If another date is chosen, your home insurance policy will be effective from 00:00 of such date.
  2. About the E-certificate receipt:
  • To receive E-certificate within the day, at the payment step, please select the payment method “VNPayment” (VNPay is an online payment gateway by ATM card, bank account and international credit/debit card. You can view the list of banks that cooperate with VNPay after choosing this payment gateway).
  • If you choose the payment method "Payment by transfer to bank account at BaoViet bank", we will need one (01) working day to record the premium and send you the E-Certificate.

Plan A of Legal Liability Insurance is FREE. You are automatically covered with Plan A. Higher plans of Legal Liability Insurance can be chosen with additional premium.
