For family enrolments, your coverage is limited to yourself, your spouse, your children, parents and parents-in-law up to 5 people in one policy.
Travel Insurance
Disclaimer:
- Please note that in order to be covered under Travel Insurance, the insured(s) need to be aged between 6 months and 85 years old and legally reside in Vietnam.
- Policyholder must be at least 18 years old.
- For Family Policy enrolments, coverage is limited to a maximum of five (05) insured persons under a single policy. The Policyholder may purchase insurance coverage for the following persons: The Policyholder; Eligible family members, including: the Policyholder's lawful spouse, biological or legally adopted children, siblings, siblings-in-law, parents or parents-in-law, and grandparents and grandchildren (provided that the Policyholder is the grandparent of the insured grandchild).
- Children aged between 12 to 16 who are not travelling with their parents, may apply for coverage upon payment of the adult premium, but only child benefits shall apply.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by and insured together with an insured adult.
- Place of departure: Must be trips originating from Vietnam only.
- Provided that Travel Insurance proposal form hafs been accepted and you want to cancel, refund is not applicable. If premium isn't paid, this insurance policy is invalid since its effective date stipulated in Policy wordings.
- Provided that error results from Baoviet system, you actively contact Baoviet hotline 1800 1118 for instructions on how to complete refund procedures before the insurance period begins. Incase you contact Baoviet hotline to notify errors after your insurance policy's effective date, claims related to refund will not be accepted.

- Zone 2: Asia-Pacific: includes the countries in Zone 1 and the following countries: Australia, China, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, New Zealand, Taiwan and India.
- Zone 3: Worldwide: excluding Vietnam and any sanctioned countries/regions
Note: If a Trip involves more than one Geographical Area - the widest area must be used for premium calculation purposes (e.g. if a trip involves a trip to China and the USA, the premium applicable for Worldwide Plans must be paid).
